Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@ambreauthentic.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll send you instructions.

Return postage

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item received was faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 14 days and we'll put it right at no cost to you, including return postage.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings and other pierced jewellery cannot be returned unless faulty.

Your statutory rights

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for a refund. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
